As expected, Steam has protective policy that is counter productive in this case.

Support of company tries to shift responsibility, also expected.

I am not asking for refund because I consider the money I’ve payed for Phoenix Point and DLC’s a good investment resulting in many hours of gameplay.

I know you are not, but there are times where smiles are appropriate, and when they are not. I also tend to be very clear in what I want and how. Its good.

I smile to the people I’m talking to. I think it is nice behaviour. I’m not laughing unless I say lol or put emoticon like :smiley: or something similar. I loled there because you asked me to find someone with higher position, when I don’t have any position in SG. So I could ping even janitor or other guard from SG if he would have an account here.

It is interesting that people often misinterpret my role on this forum. :slight_smile: Even if all I’m saying are assumptions and my personal thought about what is going on in Snapshot Games. I just compare situations to other companies and try to use constructive thinking… some reasoning to all cases I’m discussing. And I can be wrong most of the time, but I guess it is not so often.

OK, I am sorry, but in my serious case I understand LOL as laughing to me, in accordance with past style of other concelors

If you have a refund request then please go via your chosen platforms (Epic or Steam) or use the official support channels (email) as advised.

Posting your details here and expecting someone else to solve your issue(s), particularly folks who are not actually in a position to help you, serves no purpose.
