So you must accept that it wonāt happen while I will be any part of your refund.
I am not asking for refund because I consider the money Iāve payed for Phoenix Point and DLCās a good investment resulting in many hours of gameplay.

I know you are not, but there are times where smiles are appropriate, and when they are not. I also tend to be very clear in what I want and how. Its good.
I smile to the people Iām talking to. I think it is nice behaviour. Iām not laughing unless I say lol or put emoticon like or something similar. I loled there because you asked me to find someone with higher position, when I donāt have any position in SG. So I could ping even janitor or other guard from SG if he would have an account here.
It is interesting that people often misinterpret my role on this forum. Even if all Iām saying are assumptions and my personal thought about what is going on in Snapshot Games. I just compare situations to other companies and try to use constructive thinking⦠some reasoning to all cases Iām discussing. And I can be wrong most of the time, but I guess it is not so often.
