Just want to know if it’s realistic to expect a hotfix for this mess this year.

It’s just a hotfix for a specific bug.

  • Fixed a bug causing the game to hang if you disable a Mindfragger’s head with Overwatch

So that’s why I never caught that bug, never overwatch those damned fraggers since they tend to slip past the cones unnoticed. Better to shoot them on sight

All seems fine up to now. So glad to be back in the game. I missed it so much I started shouting at the dog and throwing my tea out of the window.

A better solution would be “Only enemies who are targeted by an attack and those on Overwatch can return fire”

An other little bug is some little worm when fire by group of 3 get into lampost, wall… and get stuck.

Okies, after the hotfix was able to proceed with a new game: everything went well until I also came upon the Scylla-issue some others had reported. Begun a mission right next to a Scylla, saved there, was lucky to kill her in a single turn (!), saved there.

Last save corrupt. Am able to load the 1st save when she’s alive: not the second one.

Left the game alone for like 2 weeks, came back, left it update to the latest patch, loaded by saved game and…Same deal, i can’t click on DEPLOY or HAVEN INFO…I mean i can click on them but they don’t respond…….Nice…So leaving it for 2 more weeks…
