Hi everyone,
I have been enjoying Phoenix Point for a while, but now Iam stuck with a frustrating issue. When I launch the game, all I get is a white screen. I can hear the music playing in the background, so I know it’s running, but there’s no visual display.
Here’s what I have tried so far:
Verified the game files through the launcher.
Updated my graphics drivers to the latest version.
Reinstalled the game completely.
Unfortunately, none of these worked. Iam not sure if it’s related to the latest update or something else. Has anyone else run into this or found a solution?
I would really appreciate any help or tips. Thanks!
Hello,
Try Possible Solutions
Run the Game in Windowed Mode: Try launching the game in windowed mode. You can do this by adding the -windowed parameter in the game’s launch options.
Disable Overlays: Disable any overlays (e.g., Steam, Discord) that might be interfering with the game.
Check Resolution Settings: Ensure that the game’s resolution settings match your monitor’s resolution. You can try changing the resolution settings in the game’s configuration files.
Update DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables: Make sure you have the latest versions of DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables installed.
Run as Administrator: Try running the game as an administrator. Right-click on the game’s executable file and select “Run as administrator.”
Check for Background Applications: Close any unnecessary background applications that might be causing conflicts with the game.
Best Regard,
Lusy
