Which version of game?

Hi folks, I backed this game through the initial kickstarter, but haven’t played in a good while unfortunately.
When I fire up the EPIC launcher, I have the following options available:

I’m currently downloading the retail as good measure, but which is the one I should play?

PP Content is the manual, art book, and other goodies and the Backer Build is still BB5, you can uninstall it.
