Technical difficulties with launcher cache

I had been playing the game tonight with no problems. I closed it and then when I tried to restart I get this:

Is this a Phoenix Point problem or an Epic problem? Will it correct itself somehow? What do I do about this? I can’t open library or settings or anything.

It’s Epic launcher, there is a problem with cache. There are a lot of videos on youtube that deal with the problem
