With an error message or just freezes. Is there any information that you can provide to allow other users to consider a resolution?
Got the first loading screen, than the game stops, and got the error message

Probably best to just email this directly to support@snapshotgames.com and not post publicly. The log contains login info about your Epic account.

I’d only meant general error messages, but UV’s advice is very sound.
Situation report:
Uninstall game and epic.
Installed to a new drive (That was my last drive) and its works.
I played it again for 3hrs. Then i logout, restart computer, and the same problem again.
phoenixpointwin64.exe stops.
I mailed to the support, dont get any answers yet.
looks like some software or system screws your installation or prevents Phoenix Point from running.

Perhaps run a full virus scan, to make sure that there is no unwanted software running on your computer.
Oh, crazy, in mine log were no epic account information. 
Sorry @Gabeszka81 I had no intention to scam your account or something like that.
I’ve compared the logs and I don’t see any suspicious entries. But the crash report has an entry for your AVG, sometimes AV Programs do crazy things, you might exclude PhoenixPoint from your AVG and test again.

Full virus scan with a different one than the AVG that is running.
This tool don’t needs to be installed, you can just run it.
