This bug has been around forever. They have made some improvements in their attempt to fix it. It doesn’t happen as often, but every now and then something will trigger it. The best thing is to report it via F10 Bug Report. This will upload a log so they can see what triggers it. Hopefully, the will get it fixed 100%.
