I started a new game and bar 3 story sites all have been disciples of Anu, 12 of them so far.

during the simulated years of conflict that the game does before the giving the player control Anu must have really expanded their influence.
One thing I’ve noticed is that Anu tends to cluster, Synedrion tends be spread thin and NJ is somewhere in the middle. That is just observation though
I got upto around 18/20 faction site all of them Anu. So I’m thinking bug.
not so sure about that. If you never find any Synedrion/New Jericho havens that may be a bug, but not necessarily
