I’ve built a scarb but I have no idea how to use or deploy it

You need to put it on Manticore just like soldiers (it takes space of 4 soldiers so you need make room for it). And in the mission you just use it as other soldiers.

When you will get an Armadillo then you will need a driver for it.

Granted, 4 slots in 6 slots vehicle is a bit much.
