The recent change in BB5 that makes it so your soldiers will only heal and recover stamina at a Phoenix base makes it feel very restrictive. After every 1 or 2 fights I have to fly back to the base and sit there while the world falls apart until my soldiers are healed again.

You can always use Medkits to speed that up. I’ve had guys start and heal on first turn of fights or last turn, to be less damaged going forward. Time vs resources is an OK choice to make.
