Game's become a lot of fun. Well done!

When I first got Phoenix Point I was pretty disappointed with the state of it, but I’ve been playing post Danforth a lot lately, and I really feel like the game is coming into its own. Some of the citadel assault missions have had me on the edge of my seat, and the constant enemy respawns really give the game a unique, tense pacing that’s differentiates it from either of the Xcom franchises. The DLC has also given the players a lot of cool new options that add a lot to the tactics of the game.

Honestly, if the quality keeps on improving at this rate for the rest of the year, I think Phoenix Point could be a “No Man’s Sky” type of success story. There was always a framework for a great game even during the backer builds, but now it feels like the game is finally starting to live up to its potential.

Anyway, I don’t even know if the devs read this forum anymore, but I just thought I’d dish out some deserved praise anyway. Best of luck!
