So what is the point in having nine slots to the Behemoth mission when the aircraft that can go there only can bring eight soldiers???

Send more than one aircraft.

It is possible to send two masked manticores???

It is not, there is only one deploy button, and I tried with two Masked Manticores from the same base and did not work, only 8 slots
