I solved my issue by as has been suggested previously on the forum, by using the link for Backer Build 2. It automatically d/l the new build. I also had no issues linking the game to my steam account.

What is the current build of the game I’m at 1.6.31.315. Is this BB3?

That is the build number for the launcher.

The current build of the game is 0.3.32990

But you’re using the launcher, so you will have BB3 as BB1 and 2 did not use the launcher.
