Just finished a mission with my 8 men.
But the levelup went to the troops at home. Is XP shared with units at the bases?
If you have a training facility at home they got the level up from that. XP is only split among those who took part in the fight.
“XP from mission” you must add. And not to those who took flight, but who was deployed on the mission.
