In the 2nd tutorial mission with the 3 soldiers, after finishing I got 0 exp unlike the 1st mission. Is this normal?

Yup, same here.
The bug is present in tutorial mission 1 too - compared to the official tutorial presentation on youtube where the dev(?) earned 400 XP - did it 3 times on different difficulties - only to receive 200 on every play - and the 200 for (complete) kill every enemy - which was stated during the turns to enter the vehicle with my troops - did not count. So its pretty obvious they either dont account for killing all the foes anymore - or they broke the game in the last stages just enough …
Seeing as this game is pretty much centered around developing my troops over the missions, I’m pretty disappointed that you put heavy brakes on character advancement
