While these are viable solutions, they don’t seem to quite fit the lore and evolution of Pandorans in the game.
- The are technically a newly spawned Pandoran, therefore should not have a set life span.
- Turrets are not living enemies (same for spider drones).
- Again they are no longer tied to the launching Chiron, as they are newly hatched living entities of their own. Just like Mind Fraggers.
The solution is, they should not get stuck inside of solid objects. Even if the fans of the HVAC system sucks them in. I am not positive, but it seems that one can successfully end a mission of worms are launched into sunken pits. Which, if the case, totally ruins my answers.

Yes, but everything has a life span, a butterfly lives for only 3 days! This short life cycle does not go against the lore of the game… PLUS… they are or could be connected psychically to the mother and when it dies it loses its life force with it for example! This short life span is a brilliant idea!

NO but for some reason when the psychic scream goes off they loose 10 will power! Go figure that one out?

Not really mind fraggers are a more complex life form and very different to the basic exploding worm, they are just like homing rockets and they get their directions from the mother as she sends them to the target the mind fragger hunts the target and makes decisions and has a completely different agenda than the basic worm. So can’t really compare these…
