Just now on my base defense mission the fireworm was launched into buildings vent on the top of the building. I could not kill him until I used grenade to destroy the vent and then worm was still full hp. Then had to kill the worm by weapons. It was so hidden that I lost some of the civilians to bleed in the meantime.
