What's coming with BB4?

It’s currently subject to change (as if there are major bugs we can’t fix in time then features may be removed from BB4), but base building is in (though the UI is still being worked on). XP and character progression is in. No research yet. The first implementation of the events system is in. Phoenix soldiers, new weapons, Anu heavens, base defense missions
