Website payment issues - Paypal

Good evening,

I just tried to get the Phoenix Point Luxury Digital Edition, and decided to pay via paypal. I got forwarded to paypal, submitted the transaction, but there was an error during processing.

I tried again, same problem.

The catch though: on paypal both transactions have been charged, but no product delivered.

Can someone take a look into that? It throws a bad light for issues like that.

Looking forward to hear from someone with deeper insight.

Our store is handled by our e-commerce partner, Xsolla. You can contact them via https://help.xsolla.com and they can help you with any payment issues.

Alright, already did and the charge got transferred back. That was extremely quick, appreciate it.

Still, there seem to be some issues that need to be solved, maybe you should get in contact with them too.
