I bought the game and still haven’t received my email with the access link. Was wondering when it would come or if anyone else is having the same issue i am having. Did I fall through the cracks?

check the email associated with your payment method. I paid with paypal and found my download link on the email linked to paypal.

i paid using apple pay which is associated to the email i use for pretty much everything. Still nothing 
I have sent them a ticket and was told that someone would get back to me shortly. We shall see
