I bought PP in october and was able to play Backer Build then. I didnt receive an activation key for the full game. In Epic launcher it still only shows the Backer Build.
FAQ on Xsolla page are not helpfull at all. Please help me get access to the game that I have paid for.

you should have received an email from contact@snapshotgames.com with your key on Nov 29th and again on Dec 2nd if it wasn’t redeemed. check in your spam/trash/promotions folders for the email. If you still cannot find it, email them at contact@snapshotgames.com
ahh same problem here. I’ve purchased the game on Aug 2019 and until now still not received any full game key. Should contact the damn developer then, and have some answer
