Thanks! I tried to, and a ticket number was created, but within their page (the one you pasted) there isn’t an option for registering an account, so I’m completely unaware (having no GUI to show me) of the Ticket actually existing or what its status is. It just creates a ticket and then the ID itself vanished after a few seconds.
Is this normal? Or am I missing out where its progress is tracked?
I’m not sure what you’re trying to do here, as purchasing Phoenix Point from Xsolla doesn’t require (or have any option as far as I am aware) for registering an account.
When you purchase Phoenix Point from Xsolla, it’s all tied to your email address.
