I got the Shard Shotgun but the Rebuke and other missions are proving elusive, and I’m near end game.
I see this as a bug… you should report it via F12 or using canny.

Nope. At least pretty sure it’s a DFU error on my part. 
After starting a New Veteran game, I’m pretty sure I missed a couple linked, and timed event missions. 
That said … It’d be nice if those Mission Waiting icons on the left top screen, were a Click-and-take-to-mission-site thing.
