It would be useful if the soldier lists in the personnel screen could be filtered to show only soldiers at a particular base or of a particular type. Sorting by type, base, health, stamina and perhaps, main weapon carried.
It would also be nice to click on the soldier location icon and have a drop list of where to move to, rather than through the “Transfer” section on the top right.
