Next update Festering Skies Break Save games?

I dont want to restart (again). Will i have to restart a game?

SG has been good about forewarning about updates that break saves. I think one is safe. However, to play the DLC will require a new start.

No, it will not break your saves. You will be able to continue playing your campaign. But in order to activate the Festering Skies DLC, you have to start a new campaign.
