[Mod/Fix] Fix for console interactions when stealing tech

Hi,

Another tiny fix mod from me. This one fixes the console interaction issue, which most often occurs with synedrion tech stealing missions. The code is doing a completely pointless LOS check, which this just bypasses.

To install simply drop the “ConsoleInteractionFix.dll” into your <PhoenixPointDir>/Mods directory

Update: I’ve now taken this down, as today’s patch fixes this.
