I was on a mission where I mind-controlled 2 enemy units. The requirement of the mission was to evac all units. However, after all PP units where evac’ed, the mission did not end. I had to play out with the 2 mind controlled units until the mind-control ended due to will points of the evac’ed controllers. Since the mind controllers where no longer present the mind control should have ended.
BTW: Wouldn’t it be nice to evac mind-controlled faction units and have them as new recruits?
