LS-0021 error on Epic Launcher - now saying I dont own 2 -DLC content

I clearly paid for this DLC and installed it. Now since they are pushing the year one edition somehow I lost access to my DLC? What is this krap?

Hi, this error is usually caused by an incorrect account logged in to the Epic launcher.
