Heavens compote

One thing I don’t really like about the game is an even distribution of heavens. No matter in which direction you go it is all the same compote. if you see 5 heavens on the map and extrapolate it to the entire globe it is all the same. I’ve expected to see more independent heavens. And to see more diversity between different parts of the world… Like if there would be no disciples of Anu in Europe. That would make Europe a bit different. And let’s say in Australia there is an HQ of Anu so Australia is a bit different too now. And in India and South America, most heavens are let’s say, independent. They did not join any organization and perhaps they are more vulnerable to the aliens if they strike this part of the world.
