Have a problem with scanning. Got 6/8 bases with scanners, builded and activated. But on global map I cant scan anything. There is no even satellite icon. Or when I came to POI I cant start to scan, no such option. Did I miss something?
You miss the new patch notes 
Now you can’t actively scan areas with your planes. The bases with satellite uplinks scans around them and their scanning area grows slowely to a maximum radius of 2000 km after the uplink is ready, later with a tech they go up to a radius of 2500km.
