Game unplayable after loading a save

After loading a save, I can’t play the game, can’t click on anything, so have to go to Task Manager to cancel out of the game. Has anyone else had this and know of a fix?

New games launch fine and can be played, it is when I return to the game and load a save.

Lots of TEXT HERE boxes appear on he screen.

I really want to play this game, but thus bug is ruining it for me. I have it as part of Xbox Game Pass for PC.

Interesting that key binding can mess with the game so much. :smiley:

Actually quite easy to explain, failing to read the key bindings might result in no keybindings at all, which means no event actions are being generated/handled at all, so you cant do anything.
