In the launcher, click the icon in the top right corner, go to settings and try disabling P2P.

I’m unable to download at all… stuck at 0’s

tried disabling p2p, with no success :frowning:

is it just, perhaps, a server load issue?

Servers shouldn’t be too loaded at the moment. Try giving Xsolla a nudge to see if they can offer advice. https://help.xsolla.com

have you tried running the launcher as an Admin?

Have you tried disabling any antivirus software running in the background. norton, avast, window defender, to name a few. those drag my down once before on a pre alpha download source.

Switching off P2P did work for me, but it killed all what I already downloaded. Oh boy…

Why not just use Steam or GoG?

Yes please use Steam or GoG as a delivery platform.

At the moment we do not sell our game on either of these platforms. They do not allow us to use their platform as a distribution service because of this.

Perhaps an approach to them? They are the biggest goto pc game delivers. This is the second time I’ve used Xsolla and the second time I’ve had problems. Took a week last time with multiple emails back and forth to solve it. Game was with a different company as well, so the problem seems to be with xsolla.

I’m just getting the BUSY sign all the time.

EDIT

Running as Admin solved the problem for me.

What do you mean?

The game will be available on Steam and GOG at release, but to use their servers for distribution, you usually have to (at least) make the game purchasable on their platform, which means they’ll take the “usual” cut (we don’t know the exact amount 'cos the NDAs, but 30% is floating around for default percentage).

I hate xsolla with a passion (though the inability to upgrade my pledge may help me spend less on useless things, so that might be a good thing after all), but from a money (business) standpoint, it makes some sense, the amount of money you lose due to problems with backer-build delivery (besides the worktime, maybe some player refrains from upgrading to a higher tier? not sure how many can they be) should be a lot less than paying for steam/gog before they are really “needed”.

Thanks for the reply, agree with, it’s just using xsolla always leads to problems for me and it’s a royal pain in the …!
