Has anyone encountered any mini boss so far?
Mutations are done as part of “Xcom learning curve” (strat level), while we all expected “in game mutations”
Am I missing something? What mini boss? Queen?

My bad. I believed BB3 feat announcement did mention kind of mini bosses,
while careful read of feat list indicates two new enemies are all. Well, BB4+
