It is hanging roster screen while switching between units. No matter if it will be inventory or training window. Way to deal with it is to save and load game. Then roster screen returns to it’s normal behaviour.
It didn’t happen to me earlier when I have got only one soldier with technician class. But since I have several mutli-class characters it’s keep popping all the time.
