We’ve apologised every time there has been a delay. I am very sorry that you are not happy with how things are progressing. I’ll be blunt here - the Backer Builds come at an extra cost. There are still people who are paying that extra cost because they wanted access to the Backer Builds. You did not want to pay that extra cost, but you still want to get access to the Backer Builds.
If we get to a point of trying to give stuff to the people who didn’t pay for it to make amends for the delay, then we have to give even more stuff to everyone else to make up for that too - else those who paid would deem it unfair. Where does it end? There will always be someone who is unhappy with the situation.

Because the person who set the timer on the home page was several thousand mile away in another time zone and had no idea the build would be a little bit late. Have some patience.

I know where your coming from but, you set a date, and even a timer, then you said you were uploading, and now its gonna take a couple of hours. Also for logistical purposes why would you not have control over the timer? or atleast send a message for him to stop or increase the timer?
You guys really need to chill out, and stop wasting your time at yelling on a forum . It’s very common to have some bugs and delay on the launch of big update like this one.

We didn’t know that the build wasn’t going to be ready until it wasn’t ready. There was an internal miscommunication and we’re now sending out messaging that there is going to be a slight delay.
true but its a delay of a delay, and idk just a bit of a buzz kill with the Timer and such

Not at all. BB5 was never delayed. BB5 wasn’t even supposed to be happening.
Nah, 4 months delay is right hing to do. Surely, BBs should go to all that has prepaid the game due to extended wait.
To be honest, old BB1 could be something, as compared to nothing.
I ll just forget about the game until its in the Epics store.

True, if I remember the beginnings, they were supposed to be approx 3 months release, so it should be ~6-8 since KS ended (June 2017 - December 2019)
Surely, its better to have them more featured then frequent. But I am glad its feature rich and hope no more delays.

Agreed, and just ask for at least old BBs for non exclusive crowfunders. Too bad even those who paid heavy price are kept on waiting.

Once BB5 is released will it update through the Epic luncher or is something else required. Only used steam before and there you could have to enter some code to acces a new “beta build”.
Delay’s unfortunate, but I’ll watch the lets play videos instead.
Looking forward to trying it out tomorrow - what Ive seen so far it seems awesome.

Im gonna be blunt here because @UnstableVoltage is the official community manager and can’t say what I’m about to say: Please for the love of a divine entity just keep your mouth closed [Edit: This should be appropriate now you tiny humans]. You didn’t pay for beta access and thus you are not entitled to. Plain and simple.
I paid for beta access in July 2017 and I won’t play it on EGS out of principle and I still want to upgrade my pledge to a higher level. To my knowledge I still can’t due to Xsolla / Fig.
All this whining here is only amusing to certain level. Delays happen and what would you say to a build thats e.g. destroying your save files (Hello to you MYZ).
