How is this possible? I explored all the map and finished the game, but in final stats it says that 16 exploration sites are missing… is this a bug?
there are areas outside of scan range, and if there is no haven nearby revealing these places, then they can stay hidden.
But 16 is quite a lot. Maybe some alternative missions count to that?
It sems a bug to me… 
Well I’ve captured all the aliens and still got no achievement… so I wouldn’t be that bothered about locations. My last playthrough didn’t get me the neutral heaven in Japan so I couldn’t steal the sword from Anu.
