AI is dumb as a rock. Even the human foes come rushing out of cover and run right up to you and take a shot at you. They usually get killed in the proccess. But my squad takes a lot more damage because of this if I use usual advance and cover strategies. Seems I have to make extensive use of overwatch to combat this. Its not very realistic however.
