From my perspective it gets better a lot. 
Of course there are issues, which I hope devs will squish during these 9 days. And I know there will be next updates with probably also interesting changes. Game still won’t be near my good perspective on this game, but damn - at least they try to make it better.
I knew I should have finished my campaign. I am getting too easily distracted. I think I will wait for DLC2 to drop before starting again, though.

just don’t update game until you will finish campaign
