A mutation on enemy legs that allows them to leap tall buildings in a single bound, as in _XCOM: Enemy Within.
And, of course, the ability to take that mutation and apply that to our own soldiers.

Isn’t this one of the differences in “agile” vs “heavy” legs on the crabmen? Agile can jump up but heavy have more health/armor or something?
not sure about the jumping up, but the agile legs prevent fall damage, in theory
In my playthroughs they didn’t. At least not from the roofs. But they allowed jumping on higher “floor” and they probably have restriction to one floor, so jumping on high building is not possible like with Muscle-fiber Density in XCOM Enemy Within.
