Still have not received my pass key for the game

Hello, I did not receive my pass key for the Epic Games store for Phoenix Point.

I have emailed contact@snapshotgames.com several times. I was even charged twice…I purchased twice…once on 9/25/2017…the $75 option and again on 6/29/2018, again $75. I should get two keys.

When do I get my game key for the Epic Games store? I’m very upset at this point.

We respond to all emails for missing keys. I don’t recall seeing any emails from you, unfortunately.

I still haven’t received your email, and looking through our records, it doesn’t look like we ever have. This could be some issue with a spam filter. I’ve found your keys though, so I will contact you via DM here.
