Since the last update, all my ancient weapon are invisible and make the game crash when i try to use them.
Just aiming with F make the game crash during the mission i’m in (Pandoran lair)

But have you load a save from before the patch where you are in tactical? Probably this is the reason, saves from tactical are often not really patch friendly.
If yes, then try the autosave, it should be direct before your current mission, and start it again.
i load the autosave frome the geoscape and have the issue too…

What you also can do is verify the game files via the Epic launcher, perhaps something went wrong at the update.
