Skip anims option, please

  • General game speedup for experienced players (like faster movement did the magic)
  • Needed until bug is fixed, still got no anims under Win7 x64 and nVIDIA 16xx, latest drivers.

they work on the fix… when it will be ready, if they will do it? hard to say.

Too bad, no error messages, unless one knows to press ESC game looks dead.
