Having more soldiers is how you get them promoted.
30-40 per bullet is just basic enemies. Have you already lost all your soldiers at least ones in exploding vehicle? 3 days is enough to make 3 sniper rifles and some armor.
And what if it cannot? What then will you do? Restart and start cheesing?
