I think that’s Spanish.
Looks like someone messed with language references when fixing translations in previous releases 
Please use the F10 report tool.

Yeah, the Trooper perk description is messed up in all languages. At one point during the beta testing in the English version it appeared in Chinese

Yup its Spanish. Play English until language support is sorted out!
It’s just that one text for Trooper, which is messed up in all languages. AFAIK everything else is fine.
‘Burst’ in the weapon description also messed up, at least in German language:
