Something I just realised is that PP really likes to cover soldier faces. Maybe that’s why it’s so difficult to remember soldiers outside (heavy no. 1 etc.).
Head augmentations might have been a nice opportunity to keep the faces of the soldiers visible, by making it a partial implant, rather then another helmet.
Yeah there is difference between something being engineered or just modeled to look cool.
Sadly Sci-fi genre is full of “let’s add more details” designs and not much though as to how real thing would be made. But XCom 2 sold well, so I guess people like that.
Corruption guy wears what looks like a Kevlar hoodie on top of his helmet, all together is still proportional to the rest of the body, I guess he has a doll head under all that armor
