Is it possible to rename the soldiers?
It is possible to rename and change their sex and apperance.

But does it come with the next update?Now it isnt possible to to.
You can change those names since Backers Build 3.1 (version 0.3.32564) so since 20th November 2018.
You need to be on soldier screen and click their name to do that.
Renaming should be in. There is no further update until full release in Decemeber. The video above is a sneak peak into development build.
