Recruit Soldiers? How?

Old time Xcom player, new to backing this and I can see its far from finished…but still lets you have a good play around and it looks nice so far.

I note Build 3 says you can recruit soldiers. I have looked and tried everything I can find but cant seem to be able to find any recruit option?

Im guessing im missing something.

you click ‘search’ on top of the page, type ‘recruit’, and you select third option :wink: and voila
