Question about the killcount

I have uninstalled the game so i can’t see for myself, but in the Arkham update preview i’ve seen that in the memorial you can see how many enemies the selected soldier has killed(you know, like in almost any other turn based strategy game). So, is that information available to any soldier now or only the ones in the memorial?

All units have this info and more in their service tab.
