I was wondering if anyone know will a new game start be required for each DLC?

I would guess so. addons (alien weapons and 1st DLC) so far worked that way.
It’s required. The only time you can select the DLC related content to have in your play through is when starting a new game. The DLC makes so many changes to the overall experience that even if it were an option, I’d be telling you to enable it on your next play through.
I get the strong impression that PP is meant to be played multiple times to get the real experience of seeing it from all angles.
