Pure mission and food production

Hello, i have one doubt on the pure mission.
In my last 2 games, i refused the first mission of pure faction, to avoid to lose reputation with new Jericho.
If i do this, i lose also further mission of pure faction?

Another question, i don’t see the food production structure as structure to build in the base, is it normal?

  1. I think it’s related to Anu’s faction. I decided to completely ignore them this session and I also don’t have access to food production
